中国牡丹花茶介绍
        茶是人类的康乐饮品。我们所能做的是：给茶业家族增添了一个崭新成员。她的名字叫中国牡丹花茶。其原料是：被子植物芍药科芍药属牡丹组茶超目群的天然盛花期古天然牡丹花瓣。
     训诂学方法研究，我们发现：茶超目牡丹兼有厥类植物、裸子植物、被子植物生命演化进化特征，起源于石炭纪、泥盆纪，演化于二叠纪，原始类群出现于三叠纪，繁盛于侏罗纪和白垩纪。堪称植物中最原始和古老生命的“活化石”。
当中华民族的祖先学会创造象形文字、把生存经验加以概括总结描述时，他们把牡丹的肉质纺锤根形敬称为“鼠姑”，枝态株型敬称为“鹿韭”，综合其丰富的应用价值而敬称为“百两金”。
从甘肃武威出土的东汉医学竹简中看到了牡丹治疗血瘀病的实物记载。祖国传统医学的经典著作《神农本草经》、《珠珍囊》、《华佗千金方》、《伤寒杂病论》、《滇南本草》、《唐本草》、《本草纲目》、《本草经疏》、《重庆堂随笔》、《本草疏证》等都有“用牡丹畅通心肝肾三经、调理人体气血、活络人体经脉而喜清除浊、藏精抑邪、自安五脏、延年益寿”的科学论证和判定。
       现代生物提取和分离技术完全可以对许许多多的植物、天然有机化合物进行研究、探索和发现，我们确定了茶超目牡丹的花色素、营养素、精华素主要是黄酮类化合物和多糖介质物。牡丹以多种维生素、氨基酸、芬多精水份和光合作用、多种酶体的化合作用而天成大道。经分析：主要有6种花青素类色素。如芍药花素-3,5二葡糖苷，芍药花素-3葡糖苷，矢车菊素-3,5二葡糖苷，矢车菊素-3葡糖苷，天竺葵素-3,5二葡糖苷，天竺葵素-3葡糖苷。还据中国科学院等单位对牡丹花瓣和花粉的化学测定结果表明，牡丹的花瓣和花粉中含有多种有益于人体的营养物质。含有13种氨基酸中有8种为人体所需，且用牡丹花制作饮食，有丰富的营养，茶超目牡丹的根茎叶花（花瓣、花粉）和种子中含有16种氨基酸和近20种微量元素。氨基酸总含量达14.294%，其中人体必须的苏氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和赖氨酸和占4.632%。此外，还含有多种维生素（VB6、VC、VD、VE、VK）多种糖类（木糖、L阿拉伯糖、葡糖、纤维糖、异构酶糖等）和黄酮类等，具有防癌、抗癌和降血脂作用。我们对比人体血液组织和牡丹组织体态根花部位的微量元素的含量比例以及土壤元素含量比例，呈现惊人的近似性。人体血液中的PH值最佳在7.4；而牡丹生态所需土壤的最佳PH值在7.8—8.3呈现，“花最宜，天下奇”的最美好状态。
中国自唐宋以来，人们习惯称牡丹为“国色”“国香”“国艳”“国貌”。1903年，清王朝钦定牡丹为“国花”，在北京颐和园建立“国花台”，1915年出版的《辞源》“国花”条目中，即有“我国向以牡丹为国花的”诠释。
牡丹聚天地之灵气，日月之秀色，万卉之美韵名甲天下，尤以洛阳为鼎盛。因此受到了世界人民的广泛喜爱。世界昵称牡丹为“中国花”和“洛阳花”。

A Legend of Wuhuang Peony Blossom Tea
During the heyday of the Tang Dynasty, Wuhuang, or Empress Wu Zetian, ascended to the throne on a day with propitious omen. It was said that at that moment the Purple Air came from the east and the rosy clouds were seen rising slowly in the sky.
The peony of the Tang Dynasty is praised as the queen of all flowers, with its wonder exclusive to the upper class. According to Shen Nong’s Herbal Classic, the peony flower possesses the function of clearing heat, cooling blood, invigorating blood circulation, eliminating stasis, anti-bacteria, diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, tranquilizing, bringing the high blood pressure down, anti-convulsion, relaxing the muscles and bones, clearing rheumatism, etc. In the imperial court, the court physicians used the peony flower to treat gynecological, seasonal febrile and venereal disease. The therapies are exclusively available to the imperial court.
Besides the imperial court mentioned above, the Empress Peony Tea has wonderful effects of curing diseases and improving one’s looks. It is also a wonderful daily drink of the Empress who never lived through a day without drinking it. One day, the royal manager reported that the florescence of the year had been over, while the peony tea stored in the imperial court was running out. Seeing the empress was furious, the manager immediately issued an order: those who were in possession of any peony should turn over the peony to the court within three days; otherwise they would be beheaded on a ban-violating charge. Although the suspicious but frightened ministers handed out all the peony blossom tea they had stored, the hot summer still withered the flowers away. On the second day the manager reported that the remaining peony was barely enough for ten days’ use. The Empress was outraged, “I could not do for a single day without peony.” The manager, unable to find a way out, fell ill. It followed that , the court affairs got into disorder. The Empress, in a tremendous wrath, ordered that all kinds of flowers should blossom the next day, an auspice of long-term prosperity. On that day, all other flowers act on the Empress’ order except the peony.
The Empress blamed the Peony Fairy for not acting as she was told. The Fairy answered, “I blossom only to save the ordinary people from sufferings and diseases, and I refuse to blossom  to stop the improper behaviors in the imperial court.” On hearing that, the Empress, who was shocked and outraged, decreed that the peony can only remain in Luoyang. Those who violated the order should be burnt. Later, in order to show the open-mindedness and corruption free of the imperial court, the Empress ordered that anyone in the country daring to store peony secretly or use the peony therapy should be killed or burnt. After Luoyang was chosen as capital, the peony therapy was lost forever.
